Rihanna’s dad found out she was pregnant during the Super Bowl
Rihanna’s dad was as surprised as the rest of the world when the “Umbrella” singer revealed her pregnant belly during halftime of the 2023 Super Bowl last weekend.
Ronald Fenty, who flew from Barbados to a game in Glendale, Arizona, said TMZ that he had no idea his daughter was expecting a second child with A$AP Rocky.
“Oh my God! My baby girl looks pregnant,” he recalled telling this partner in the stands at State Farm Stadium.
Ronald also noted that he hopes the 34-year-old Fenty Beauty mogul will welcome a baby girl this time around – after giving birth to a son last year.
Page Six contacted Rihanna’s representatives, but did not immediately receive a response.
As previously reported, the “Disturbia” singer, born Robyn Rihanna Fenty, has had a difficult relationship with her father over the years.

Ronald divorced Rihanna’s mother, Monica Braithwaite, due to problems with alcohol and drugs, when the singer was only 14 years old.
Rihanna later accused her father of abusing her name for the benefit of his own entertainment company. However, she eventually withdrew the lawsuit she filed against him in September 2021.
Ronald recently spoke to Page Six about being the grandparent of Rihanna’s first child, who was born in May 2022.
“She loves it. She’s a very overprotective mother,” he said, noting that the “Rude Boy” singer has visited her country twice so far with her child.
“Everyone says [the baby] looks like me, but you know, kids change, faces change. He [resembles] a lot of Rihanna and Rocky together,” he continued.
Ronald, who joked that Rihanna “would”. [his] head” if he revealed bub’s name, he also said that the 34-year-old Rocky was “a cool guy.”
“[He’s] very respected. He is handling fatherhood very well,” said Ronald.
However, he “doesn’t know” if the couple will ever marry.
“I don’t know anything about marriage, I really don’t.”
Rihanna and Rocky who are British Vogue cover stars with their son, they started dating in late 2020 after years of friendship.
